We travel to various cities and countries and leave our heart in a lot of places. Sometimes we fall in love with places and we know that one day we will be back. I was thinking about the places I’ve been to and tried to decide which corner of the world I want need to return to. It wasn’t easy to pick only three destination, but here are my special destinations:
1. Istanbul
I’ve spent a week in this fascinating Turkish metropolis, which is divided into an European and an Asian part. Istanbul seems like a sleepless city, so there is no way you could ever get bored. I have already started to write a new bucket list of things to do because I wasn’t able to see, eat and do everything during my last visit. If you haven’t been to Istanbul yet, I strongly recommend you do so! The next time I travel to Istanbul it will hopefully be for a much longer period of time and I hopefully will be living and studying there (fingers crossed!).
2. USA
As you may or may not know, I’ve lived in the US (more precisely in the Peach state) for 10 months, which was an amazing experience. During my time, I visited a few other (mainly southern) states than Georgia, but there are still places I want to travel to, like the East Coast (New York, you’re on my list for sure) and the West Coast. Georgia will always be “home” for me and I surely be back for a third time, but until then it is time to discover a different side of the United States.
3. Paris
Paris – une ville magnifique. I guess most people would agree that Paris is a beautiful and magical cities, which puts a spell on all its visitors. Unfortunately, I only was able to visit Paris for a day, which is reason enough to travel to the city of love again. I’ve seen the main attractions like the Notre Dame, the Sacre Coeur and the Eiffel Tower of course, but Paris is much more than that and I’d love to return to Paris to discover its hidden treasures. Paris, je rentrerai!
Over to you: which cities and countries to you want to return to?
