When thinking back about Thailand, I think about beautiful beaches, cheeky monkeys, happy smiles and loads and loads of delicious food. I couldn’t get enough of my daily portion of fresh fruits like mangos, ananas and coconuts. Back in Berlin, I created a fruity and sweet smoothie to reminisce about those Thai memories. This Thai-inspired mango smoothie is the perfect healthy summer treat that will transport you right back to your beach days in Thailand!
Ingredients:
- 2 juicy mango
- 200 ml of coconut water
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 ripe banana
- 5 g Energy Bomb Mix
- Optional: coconut flakes as a topping
For an extra healthy boost, I added the Energy Bomb Mix that contains acai beeries, gurana, maca, lucuma and banana. Directions
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until it’s creamy. Top it with some additional toppings like coconut flakes and enjoy!
